Conditions for a Refund:

• The request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
• The software must have a technical failure that our support team cannot resolve.
• Fair Use Clause: We cannot issue refunds to users who have already exported more than 500 leads during their first 7 days, as this indicates the software was used for its intended commercial purpose.
